This saxophone is a treasure!
It has been played by a professional musician in the 30’s and 40’s and when I opened it’s case it was just like a little museum. Beautiful original boxes, little spare parts, very old mouthpieces, unique neck strap… It was still in OK condition, no big defects so very well maintained.
It is very satisfying working on a horn like this and bring it back in it’s original condition as good as when it left the factory in 1928. It plays fantastic and is very well in tune. Better then most new saxophones…! Very weird but true.
